Chapter 1

Kasha was now 16 and for the first time she was on an airplane going to England. Arriving at the school, she saw the sign that said Midnight Tower High School. The building was so dark. She walked straight down the hall to a light she seen shining in a room ahead. Before she could knock on the door a voice says, "You may enter." Kasha slowly takes her hand moving it towards the door knob turning it and walking into the office. Inside someone is sitting in a chair faced towards a window behind a huge oak desk, "Welcome my child, I am Master Moko-key and your room is on the 2^{nd floor # 27 now you may leave out." Kasha didn’t know what to think she just turned around and walked out. Walking through the dark halls was kind of creepy. Reaching room # 27 she turned the knob to open the door she stood looking around; she noticed she had a roommate, not being able to see she found a switch. Flipping it on; a bright light filled the room. And then she hears a voice scream, "TURN THAT LIGHT OFF, WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? KILL ME." Quickly Kasha turned the light off and walked over to the window and pulled back the curtain and the moon light shined in, making it easier for her to see to unpack. Not able to sleep she got out her mp3 player and as she listened to music she sat up in bed wondering how she’s going to be happy here.}
